Eligible Returns
- ✓Non-engraved, non-personalized items in original condition with packaging
- ✓Items received in a damaged or defective state (report within 48 hours)
- ✓Wrong item delivered (report within 48 hours)
Non-Returnable Items
- ✕Custom engraved or personalized items (unless defective)
- ✕Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- ✕Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- ✕Items without original packaging
How to Initiate a Return
